CATCHING UP, VOLUME I

I know it's been FOREVER since I've posted, but my legion of blog fans are requesting an update. And by "legion of fans" I obviously mean grandparents and aunts and uncles of Noah, Isaiah, and Elijah :-)

Wow I don't even know where to begin...so here are a lot of random photos from the last several months. I think I'll have to break this up into a few installments, because we've been busy and I have tons of pictures.

Please enjoy CATCHING UP, VOLUME I

THANKFUL

Okay so these aren't really pictures from Thanksgiving, but I totally forgot to get the camera out yesterday. Sooooo please enjoy these shots from the belated birthday party we had for Noah the other night.

Grandma and Grandpa are here!!! And they wanted to have a little celebration for Noah since they missed his actual party, so lucky Noah got to celebrate his birthday again.

Since these pictures illustrate so much that I am thankful for, I thought I'd post them for Thanksgiving anyway. I am so unbelievably lucky to have this family!!

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving too!

Thanksgivikkah 2013

We hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving and a wonderful Hanukkah!

Some highlights from our house:

* Celebrating with Noah at school (and seeing him play Goose, Goose, Turkey with his classmates).
* Having obscene amounts of delicious food at my parent's house.
* Playing dreidel with the cousins by the Christmas tree.
* Noah created a game called "Scotchback" with one of his Hanukkah presents (long skinny balloons).
* And Shawn almost burning down the house with his home-made menorrah :-) Luckily we caught it pretty quickly and Shawny was able to run with the flaming mess to the sink and extinguish it. Okay maybe that wasn't quite a high-light...

But, overall, it's been fun!

Dreidel, dreidel, dreidel!

Thanksgiving Came Early

We had an early Thanksgiving celebration this year. The dinner was delicious, but I forgot to take a single picture of the food. After eating, we spent the afternoon outside enjoying the warm weather.

Then lazed in front of the TV.

Followed by Uncle Nathan's hockey game - Go Uncle Wheat Thin!!

Huh???
