70 YEARS

One thing that I'm terribly behind on posting about is our trip down to L.A. to celebrate Shawn's Uncle Benny and Auntie Rita's 70th wedding anniversary. Yes, you read that right - 70 years! How amazing and inspiring is that?!?

   It was the first time that the boys got to meet many of their cousins and they had a blast! 

Our usually shy Elijah immediately fell in love with his cousin Robbin. He embraced her as if he'd known her his whole life. The picture doesn't do it justice, but it was adorable. 

He also took a liking to his younger cousins.

YOSEPH AND CHANA

After nearly 8 years of marriage, I finally got to meet my brother-in-law, Yoseph. He hadn't been back to America for many years and I've never been to Israel (where he lives), so we'd never actually met until just last week. He and his lovely wife, Chana, came to stay with us and it was so nice to finally meet them! They're a lot of fun and the kids are OBSESSED with them!

2014 IN REVIEW

2014 was truly an eventful year and probably my favorite so far. In 2014, we trekked back across the country to a new life in Central California, explored our new home in the lovely Monterey Bay, bought our forever (or at least for a very long time) home, Shawn turned the big 4-0, and we had some very fun visitors. We cannot wait for what 2015 has in store for us!
