CATCHING UP, VOLUME I

I know it's been FOREVER since I've posted, but my legion of blog fans are requesting an update. And by "legion of fans" I obviously mean grandparents and aunts and uncles of Noah, Isaiah, and Elijah :-)

Wow I don't even know where to begin...so here are a lot of random photos from the last several months. I think I'll have to break this up into a few installments, because we've been busy and I have tons of pictures.

Please enjoy CATCHING UP, VOLUME I

2014 IN REVIEW

2014 was truly an eventful year and probably my favorite so far. In 2014, we trekked back across the country to a new life in Central California, explored our new home in the lovely Monterey Bay, bought our forever (or at least for a very long time) home, Shawn turned the big 4-0, and we had some very fun visitors. We cannot wait for what 2015 has in store for us!

Happy 4th of July!
Shawny is 40!
1st day of school
Happy Halloween!
Noah turned 5!
Happy Hanukkah! (this is Noah in costume for a Hanukkah play)
Merry Christmas!

And a very Happy New Year!!!!

MERRY & BRIGHT

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

With Shawn in Israel for his brother's wedding, we had a pretty low-key Christmas this year. The boys are so lucky to get both Hanukkah and Christmas. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for the lovely presents!

Grandma made all of the boys personalized pillowcases. Thanks G'ma!

Merry Christmas!!!

HAPPY HANUKKAH

From our family to you and yours - Happy Hanukkah!!!

We recently connected with the neighborhood synagogue and Noah had the chance to participate in the annual Hanukkah play. Here are some pictures from rehearsal and the performance at a nearby nursing home. It was pretty stinkin' cute!

LIFE (KIND OF) LATELY

Honestly some of these pictures are a little bit old (like from Meg's visit in October), but I have just never gotten around to posting them. Oops!

More Hanukkah fun with friends:

Best latkes ever!!

AND it's Christmas time:

Grandma & Grandpa's tree

The lovely and talented Meg paid us a visit. Yay!

Farewell brunch with the equally lovely and talented Stephanie. Yay again!

And some pics of my favorite boys in the world:
